Cancellation Policy

WithinHER Wellness – General Terms & Conditions Effective Date: 7/1/2025 By booking any session, class, or program with WithinHER Wellness, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms: 1. Booking & Participation All sessions and classes must be booked in advance. Private sessions are for 1–2 participants maximum (yoga, acupoint therapy, coaching, holistic & naturopathic care). Zoom links and/or on-demand access will be provided after confirmation. Participants must be 18+, or have written parental/guardian consent. 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy Private Sessions: Cancel 24–48 hours in advance: 50% fee Same-day or no-show: 100% fee Zoom Classes & Community Events: No refunds for missed classes; replays may be available Memberships & Packages: All sales are final; no partial refunds Packages must be used within 3 months Workshops & Special Events: Follow the event-specific cancellation policy 3. Health & Safety Disclaimer Consult your physician before starting any wellness, yoga, or holistic health program. All participation is voluntary and at your own risk. 4. Non-Medical Disclaimer We are not medical providers and do not diagnose, treat, or cure any conditions or diseases. Our holistic and naturopathic services are designed to support overall wellness and are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or therapeutic care. 5. Liability Waiver By booking, you release WithinHER Wellness and its team from all claims, including negligence, arising from participation. You are responsible for listening to your body and modifying as needed. Any activities or practices are undertaken at your own discretion. 6. Code of Conduct We maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment. Disrespectful behavior, harassment, or repeated policy violations may result in refusal of service without refund.
