From a young age, I’ve felt called to be a vessel of healing—a light for those walking through life’s darkest valleys.
WithinHER Wellness was born out of my own journey through trauma, faith, and resilience. As a survivor turned healer, I know the courage it takes to rise again and the longing for a safe space to feel seen and supported.
What was once my deepest pain has become my purpose: to create a soul-centered sanctuary where women can reclaim their voice, worth, and peace.
As a Holistic Health Practitioner, Naturopathic Practitioner, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Trauma-Informed Coach, I blend somatic movement, mindfulness, holistic care, and spiritual nourishment to guide women on their path to healing—body, mind, and soul.
