WithinHER Wellness was born from a deeply personal journey—a path shaped by healing, surrender, and the quiet strength that comes from rising beyond life’s hardest moments. What began as one woman’s response to her own pain has blossomed into a nurturing space where others are gently invited to pause, breathe, and find their way back to wholeness.
Founded by Berlina Washington, WithinHER Wellness is more than a wellness center—it’s a sanctuary for the soul. A space where healing is sacred, growth is honored, and every woman is seen, supported, and reminded of her inner strength.
Through trauma-informed coaching, gentle movement, mindfulness, aroma acupoint therapy, and soul-nourishing care, we offer more than just services—we offer a return to self. Our practices are grounded in love, compassion, and spiritual truth, meeting you wherever you are and walking with you toward where you are meant to be.
