WithinHER Wellness was born from a deeply personal journey a path shaped by healing, surrender, and the quiet strength that comes from rising beyond life’s hardest moments. What began as one woman’s response to pain has blossomed into a sanctuary where others are invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to wholeness.
Founded by Berlina Washington, WithinHER Wellness is more than a wellness space it is a faith-centered sanctuary for the soul. Every practice, offering, and gathering is grounded in the belief that true healing flows from God’s love and grace. Here, every woman is seen, supported, and reminded that she is not defined by her past but called into her God-given purpose.
Through trauma-informed coaching, gentle movement like mat Pilates and barre, mindfulness, aroma acupoint therapy, and soul-nourishing care, we create more than services—we cultivate sacred spaces for restoration and renewal. Our mission is to honor the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—while walking alongside you on your unique journey of healing, growth, and God’s guidance.
