Welcome to WithinHER Wellness, LLC ("WithinHER Wellness," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of withinher.co ("Website"), your purchase of products, registration for classes or events, booking of services, and participation in any offerings provided by WithinHER Wellness.
By accessing our Website, purchasing products, scheduling services, or participating in our offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website and refrain from using our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products, register for services, or enter into agreements with WithinHER Wellness.
Participants under the age of 18 may participate only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian when applicable.
By participating in our services, you confirm that you are physically, mentally, and legally able to participate.

Services may change or expand at any time.
3. Booking & Scheduling
Appointments, classes, and consultations must be scheduled through our approved booking platform.
Appointment availability is subject to change.
Confirmation of your booking will be provided by email.
Certain services, including Birth Doula Support, require a separate signed service agreement.
4. Payment
Payment is required according to the policies outlined for each service.
Birth doula services require a signed agreement and payment schedule as outlined in the Birth Doula Services Agreement.
Other services may require payment in full at the time of booking.
We accept payment through approved secure payment processors.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the service selected.
Private wellness appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to cancellation fees.
Birth doula services follow the cancellation and refund policies outlined in the signed Birth Doula Services Agreement.
Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable resources, educational materials, workshops, and most physical wellness products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Should WithinHER Wellness cancel a scheduled service, clients will be offered a rescheduled appointment or refund when appropriate.
6. Products & Educational Resources
WithinHER Wellness offers physical and digital wellness products intended for educational and personal wellness purposes.
Products, herbal teas, candles, body care products, and educational materials are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease unless otherwise regulated by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and consulting their healthcare provider regarding allergies, pregnancy, breastfeeding, medications, or medical conditions before use.
7. Birth Doula & Maternal Wellness Services
Birth doula services are non-medical.
Our doulas provide emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period.
WithinHER Wellness does not provide medical care, clinical assessments, diagnoses, or treatment.
Medical decisions remain solely between the client and their healthcare provider.
Clients receiving birth doula services are required to sign a separate Birth Doula Services Agreement.
8. Health Disclaimer
Participation in any wellness service, movement class, meditation session, childbirth education course, or event is voluntary.
You are responsible for consulting your healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness, movement, or educational program.
If you experience pain, dizziness, bleeding, contractions outside your provider's guidance, or any medical emergency, discontinue participation immediately and seek medical care.
9. Assumption of Risk
Participation in wellness services, movement sessions, workshops, and events involves inherent risks.
By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release WithinHER Wellness from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Intellectual Property
All Website content, branding, photographs, graphics, logos, videos, educational materials, guides, downloads, class materials, and written content remain the exclusive property of WithinHER Wellness, LLC.
No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, modified, or shared without prior written permission.
11. Affiliate Partnerships & Trusted Resources
WithinHER Wellness may recommend products, services, educational resources, or healthcare providers through affiliate partnerships or trusted collaborations.
We only recommend resources we believe may benefit our community; however, we do not guarantee the products or services provided by third parties.
Your relationship with those businesses is governed by their own policies and terms.

WithinHER Wellness is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of external websites.
