Welcome to WithinHER Wellness, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing withinher.co (the “Website”), booking services, or participating in any offerings, you (“you,” “your,” “client,” “participant”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Website or services.

1. Eligibility for Services

You must be 18 years or older to participate in any private sessions, programs, or events.
Participants under 18 require written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
By booking, you confirm that you are mentally and physically able to participate in the chosen services.

2. Booking & Scheduling

All sessions, classes, and services must be booked in advance through our official booking platform or links provided on our Website.
Private sessions are available for 1–2 participants maximum for yoga, acupoint therapy, coaching, and holistic/naturopathic care.
Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email after payment is processed.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We value your time and ours. To maintain fairness for all clients:

Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: No charge; you may reschedule.
Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance: 50% of the session fee will be charged.
Same-day or no-show cancellations: 100% of the session fee will be charged.
Packages & Bundles: Sessions must be used within the designated period (e.g., 3 months). Packages are non-refundable but may be rescheduled per the policy above.

By booking, you agree to these terms and understand that late cancellations or no-shows result in loss of the session and applicable fees.

4. Payment & Refunds

Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
We accept payments via our secure online platform (credit/debit cards or other approved methods).
All sales are final. Refunds are only provided if WithinHER Wellness must cancel the session.

5. Nature of Services & Medical Disclaimer

WithinHER Wellness provides holistic health, yoga, meditation, coaching, and acupoint therapy services intended for wellness and educational purposes only.
We are not licensed medical professionals and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Our services are complementary to, not a replacement for, medical or mental health care.
Always consult with a licensed physician or mental health professional before beginning any wellness program, especially if you have health concerns.

By booking, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you are responsible for your own health and wellness decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that any physical, mental, or emotional activity involves potential risks.
WithinHER Wellness is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your participation in sessions, classes, or events.
You voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release and hold harmless WithinHER Wellness, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our Website, including class materials, videos, guides, and programs, is owned by WithinHER Wellness and protected under copyright law.
You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or share any content without written permission.

8. Modifications to Services & Terms

We reserve the right to update pricing, offerings, or terms at any time.
Any updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
Continued use of our Website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
