Cultivating Peace & Purpose Through the Holidays is a heart-centered, intimate workshop designed to help women carry the insights and intentions from Part 1 into their daily lives, embrace transition with grace, and nurture a sense of calm and purpose throughout the season.

During this 2-hour gathering, you will:

• Deepen your reflection with guided journaling and thoughtful prompts

• Learn gentle practices to create peace and maintain balance during the holidays

• Connect with a small group of women (limited to 8 participants) in a supportive, safe space

• Enjoy light bites and refreshments while sharing moments of reflection and intention
