• Passionflower: Calming and mood-soothing, often used to support gentle transitions into sleep or meditation

• Skullcap: Traditionally used to quiet mental chatter and regulate the nervous system

• California Poppy: Known for its ability to soften the edges of emotional and physical tension while shifting you towards sleep

• Valerian Root: A strong herbal ally for deep sleep and muscle release.  Earthy aromatics and rooting

 

Caution:

Not intended for use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. May cause drowsiness. Do not use before operating vehicles or heavy machinery. If you are taking medications, have a medical condition, or are sensitive to sedative herbs, consult your healthcare provider before use.

 

Instructions:

Steep 1 tablespoon in 8–10 oz of hot water for 10–15 minutes. Take in the evening or before sleep.
